i dunno, it just keeps going...

But life is good!   I've been married for almost two months, and I love it!  my aunt promises to get me my wedding pictures sometime next week, so i just have to be patient... i just can't wait to see them!

so Frostee and I bought a house to live in, we looked at renting but couldn't find anywhere to take us with our two big dogs niko: [link] and sasha: [link] the house we did find is perfect for us!  it's an older house, built in 1924, but it was well taken care of and has a new kitchen!  we love cooking together, especially trying to cook gourmet food like the Iron chefs (LOVE that show)  it has two bedrooms (one to sleep and one for my epic craft room!)  one bath, a small mud room/dog room, and a cellar thing(yay storage)  it's on a corner lot and we have a good sized back yard for the puppies.  the nieghborhood is great and we just love it here!

so this summer i tried to get an internship, i applied to a few places at the end of winter semester and didn't get any of them.  but a few weeks after getting back from our honeymoon, another intership appeared!  it was right up my alley so I applied.  the stupid thing is, our professors always tell us to have a professional sounding email, no soccergirl88 or echodragon's.  i had had one that was my maiden name, so i quickly made a new one with my new name.  I had thought that i had set up email forwarding correctly, but it didn't work.  so when they emailed me back, i had no idea, until i decided to check that account randomly.  but it was too late, the date for me to send back the animation test and the interview was already past.  it made me want to die.  but there must me some reason it happened, maybe a better opportunity is headed my way...

I really wanted some way to help contribute financially to our family, but i didn't want to get some fastfood job, were i couldn't use my creativity or increase my skills or where it would take up all my time and energy so i wouldn't have time to work on my portfolio, so i decided to open up my art commissions.  you can find more info about that here: [link] know it won't add much, but at least it'll help fund our fursuit projects.

speaking of which, we're going to Rainfurrest this year!  i'm working hard to complete my fursona suit, it's looking great!  and frostee is working on a suit too, but he wants to keep it secret for now. <3
